Communicate with your student:

1. In the previous steps you learned how to prepare and announce your course.
2. Following your instructions your students will read your lessons, start working on class assignments following your schedule, and soon will have questions.
3. To communicate with your students, you need first to log in the system, then select a course and click on Control Panel, to access the CenterStage of the system called: The Control Panel.
4. On the Control Panel, you will see an index table of the Lessons. To access the Lesson Screen, Click on one of the buttons labeled: Enter.. followed by the lesson number, then Click on the button called: Communicate to access the Trainer-Learner Communication Screen.
NOTE: On some models,, the lessons are simple URL links, accessible from the Control Panel, and you access directly the Trainer-Learner Communication Screen by clicking on one of the buttons controlling each lesson, labeled: Learner.. followed by the lesson number.
5. You will access the Trainer-Learner Communication screen, which will display, on the right panel, the messages sent by your students, and on the left panel, a form you need to fill:

6. To finish, click on the button called Confirm.
7. Your feedback will be saved and added to the upper left menu located to the left of the Select button.
8. A table of students is provided on the right panel, with a color code showing who tried to contact you. This table lets you change the current student.
9. To navigate quickly, the screen includes also, on the left panel, a menu of lessons, while the right panel includes a button to access the student assignments and a button to access their grades.
