Announce Course:

1. In the previous steps you learned how to create your course and your lessons.
2. To announce your course to your students, the easiest way is to send them an email message giving them:
     a) The URL of ClassLeader
     b) Your usercode as a Trainer
     c) The course number of the course they will take with you.
     d) The special Learner Key to register into the system
     e) Your Course Key, if you decide to protect your course with a Key.
3. You can also post announcements, on the Course Selection page and on the Control Panel.
4. To post an announcement on the Course Selection screen, you need first to log in the system, then when you reach the Course screen, Click on Announcement.
5. You will access the Announcement screen, which is a form you need to fill:

6. To finish, click on the button called Confirm.
7. The new announcement will be saved and added to the upper left menu located to the left of the Select button.
8. Optionally, you can upload your announcement from your PC to the server.
9. You can also post Announcements on the Control Panel, by selecting a course, click on Control Panel, then click on the button Announcement. Fill-up the form (identical to the one shown above), and click on Confirm to save the announcement. A button POST ON/OFF lets you display the most recent announcement on the control panel.
