Assignments

1. In the previous steps you learned how to communicate with your students, and answer their questions.
2. Following your instructions your students will read your lessons, start working on class assignments following your schedule, and post their assignments.
3. To access your student assignments, you need first to log in the system, then select a course and click on Control Panel, then, once you are on the Control Panel, Click on Assignments.
4. You will access the Assignment Screen, which will display, on the right panel, the list of assignments completed by the current student, and on the left panel, the assignment form:
------------------------------------------------------------
Assignment:(menu of assignments: week1, week2, ..)
Assign-url:(ex: http://...)
Assign-name:(ex: week1)
------------------------------------------------------------

5. You can retrieve a student assignment, by selecting it in the upper left menu, then click on Select: the assignment will be displayed on the form. You can make corrections if necessary.
6. NOTE: Since you can access your student assignments from their list on the right panel, the only purpose of the form is to allow the teacher to access the student assignment record and make appropriate changes, if the teacher needs to make such changes (usually to help the student).
8. A table of students is provided on the right panel, with a color code showing who posted an assignment. This table lets you change the current student.
9. To navigate quickly, the screen includes also, on the right panel, a menu of assignments followed by a button to communicate with the current student (for example to discuss his/her assignment).
10. The Next Step, will be to show you how to create tests, then access the tests taken by your students.
