The
Edit Lesson screen will let you add a lesson, update or
delete an existing one. A pull down menu in the upper left
corner lists the lessons already entered. You need to complete
the form to add a new lesson or modify an existing one. You
can also specify a current lesson. More specifically:
a) To add a new lesson, enter the lesson id, then depending
on the course structure, enter the lesson title, then either
the lesson text or a link to your lesson (you can also use
the Upload function, explained in section e below) and click
on Confirm.
b) To modify or delete an existing lesson, retrieve
its name from the menu on the upper left of the screen, make
the necessary changes, and click on Confirm or Delete.
c) To set a lesson as the current lesson, retrieve
its name from the menu on the upper left of the screen, then
click on checkbox right beneath the Set Current Lesson label.
The current lesson name will be displayed.
d) To remove the current lesson, uncheck the checkbox.
e) Finally, to Upload a lesson, click on the Upload
Button, then follow the instructions to upload:
- When
you are on the Upload Screen, click one by one on each Browse
button. When, and only when, all the file names to upload
appear in their respective textarea, click on the Upload File
button. - The next screen will display: Upload finished. Read
the information, then click on Add Document. - You will be
back to the Lesson screen: the lesson form will now include
the URL of each file you uploaded. Complete the lesson form
with any information you want to add, then click on Confirm.
