The Enrollment screen will let you add a new learner,
update or delete an existing one. A pull down menu in the
upper left corner lists the learners already enrolled in your
class. You need to complete the form to add a new learner
or modify the record of an existing learner. More specifically:
a) To add a new learner, enter the learner username,
last and first name, optionally a comment, email address,
and a password (twice) and click on Confirm.
b) To modify or delete an existing learner record,
retrieve his/her name from the menu on the upper left of the
screen, make the necessary changes, and click on Confirm
or Delete.
c) You can set a protection key for your course.
-To implement a key, enter the key, then click on Set Course
Key. The key name will be displayed.
-To remove the current protection key, click on Remove Course
Key. If you implement a key for your course, you will have
to e-mail the key to your students to allow them to access
your class.
