The ECR Control screen lets you conduct synchronous
(real time) classes, chat rooms and forums, recording each
session, as well as organize your class in groups by naming
group leaders. More specifically:
a) To set up groups, with group leaders, click on
Group,
b) Before you can access
an ECR (Electronic Class), or a Forum, or Play back a recording
or delete a recording, you need to specify where you want
to go by selecting the (professor's) class or a (leader's)
group.
c) Once you have selected where you want to go, click
on:
- The ECR button, to access the Electronic Class.
- The Forum button, to access the Forum.
- The Play Back button, to play back the recording
selected from a pull down menu of recordings for a class
or group,
- The Delete button, to delete the recording selected
from a pull down menu of recordings for a class or group.
