The Edit Course screen lets you create a new course, update or delete (completely) an existing course. A pull down menu in the upper left corner lists the courses you already created. More specifically:
a) To add a new course, enter the course id, the course date and its title, and optionally the URL link to the course (you can also use the Upload function, explained in section e below) , and click on Confirm.
b)To modify or delete an existing course, retrieve its name from the menu on the upper left of the screen, make the necessary changes, and click on Confirm or Delete.
c)To copy a course, retrieve the name of the course you want to copy from the menu on the upper left of the screen, make the necessary changes according to the new course, then click on Copy.
d)To archive a course, retrieve its name from the menu on the upper left of the screen, change its name so that it is clearly recognizable as archived, then click on Archive.
e) Finally, to Upload a course, click on the Upload Button, then follow the instructions to upload:
- When you are on the Upload Screen, click one by one on each browse button. When, and only when, all the file names to upload appear in their respective textarea, click on the Upload File button.
- The next screen will display: Upload finished. Read the information, then click on Add Document.
- You will be back to the Edit Course screen: the course form will now include the URL of each file you uploaded. Complete the course form with any information you want to add, then click on Confirm.

The menu option items under the four main categories at the top of the page change depending on which screen you are on and what tools you need to access.
