THE
TRAINER CLASS VERSUS THE GROUP CLASSES:
The
beauty of the system is to let you select between attending
the trainer's class or one of the group small classes. The
best way to picture the situation is by thinking in terms
of a convention where the trainer holds a major conference
in room 101, then at the end of the lecture, each group
meets in a separate room (room 102, 103 etc..). The ECR
you access after clicking on the trainer's ECR button
or on one of the Chat Groups (do not forget to select a
group first), offers the same environment. The difference
is that, in the Professor's class, the trainer is seated
in the top left seat, and the whole class is listed. On
the other hand, in a group class, the leader is seated in
the top left seat, and only the group members are listed.
The trainer can attend each group meeting, seating at the
end of the class. In this case, the trainer has the same
functionalities as the other students, while the leader
can monitor the class.
