The Assignment screen is organized into two panels:
Section A: The Left Panel will let you access your
assignments (and allow you to edit them). A pull down menu
in the upper left corner will let you retrieve an assignment
that was previously entered. You need to complete the form
to modify an assignment. More specifically:
a) To add an assignment, enter the assignment URL link
(you can also use the Upload function, explained in section
c below) and click on Confirm.
b) To modify or delete an existing assignment, retrieve
it from the menu on the upper left of the screen, make the
necessary changes in the URL, and click on Confirm
or Delete.
c) To Upload an assignment, click on the Upload Button,
then follow the instructions to upload:
- When you are on the Upload Screen, click one by one on each
Browse button. When, and only when, all the file names to
upload appear in their respective textarea, click on the Upload
File button.
- The next screen will display: Upload finished. Read the
information, then click on Add Document.
- You will be back to the assignment screen: the assignment
form will now include the URL of each file you uploaded. Complete
the assignment form with any information you want to add,
then click on Confirm.
Section B: The Right Panel includes, from top to bottom:
the posted assignments which are listed and can be accessed
by clicking on their link.
